Eskom is offering 13 learnership positions for individuals keen on developing their skills in a professional work environment. The program includes a structured curriculum comprising theoretical assessments and practical sessions in a real-world business setting. Participants will work under the guidance of skilled professionals to progress toward qualification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training program involving theoretical and practical sessions
• Work in teams under professional supervision
• Progress toward achieving qualifications while developing critical skills required for the field

Qualifications

• Fully completed S4/S5 (Electrical/Power Electronics)
• South African citizenship
• Successfully complete the recruitment process to be placed in Eskom Operations across various divisions
• Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, customer focus, communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and liaising skills
